I am Dennis Paul Bennett Jr. I managed to buy a well maintained one bedroom beach house a mile or so east of Goodwell, Alabama. My wife and two children have enjoyed visiting that getaway since 1993. In my opinion this beach house is a really good house. I would highly recommend this house to any home buyer.
